Vegan Mushroom Gravy


Ingredients:
1 TBS flour
1 TBS vegan butter
1 small can of mushrooms
1 TBS soy sauce
1 Cup veggie broth


Directions:
Melt the butter and stir in the flour to make a roux.  After the roux is cooked (smells like burnt popcorn), add mushrooms and juice.  Stir and add the other two ingredients.  Bring to a boil.  Gravy should become thick.  Serve over baked potatoes or what ever you like.
