Black Bean Chocolate Pudding











Ingredients:
1 Can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 Cup maple syrup
1/4 Cup cocoa
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp salt

Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and buzz it until smooth.  Add some water a little at a time if not smooth enough to your liking.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.  Enjoy!
