Ingredients:
2 Bananas
1/2 C. Nut butter
1 1/4 C. Oats
1/2 C. Chopped mixed nuts
1/3 C. Seeds (Flax, Chia, Sunflower)
1/2 C. Dried Fruit (Cransins)
Directions:
Mash the bananas and put into sauce pan with nut butter over medium high heat. Mix until incorporated. In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Mix the wet with the dry and stir until well mixed. In a parchment lined pan spread granola evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes. Cut into bars and store in a container with a lid.
