Asian Orange Sauce


Ingredients:
1/8 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1 clove fresh garlic minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
In a sauce pan over medium heat:
-Combine the red pepper flakes, ginger and garlic with the sugar, brown sugar and orange juice.  Add to the pan and allow the sugars to dissolve in the liquid.
-Add the vinegar and soy sauce, and stir to combine.  Then add sesame oil.
-Add the arrowroot and water together and whisk to combine, then add to the pan and stir.
-Stir until sauce thickens up then pour over your tempeh.  It can also be spooned over your meal. Enjoy!!
