Ingredients:
1 Cup Chickpeas
2 Tbs Vegan mayo
1 Tsp crushed capers
2 Tbs hydrated seaweed minced
1 small stalk celery minced
2 Tbs onion minced
1 Tbs Green pepper minced
1 Tsp sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and stir until everything is incorporated. If it is too dry add more mayo. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy on a bed of lettuce or between you favorite slices of vegan bread.
