Vegan Banana Flatbread

Ingredients:
Ripe bananas
AP flour or your choice of flour

Directions:
Mash the bananas and add flour a little at a time.  When dough forms a ball and isn't sticky any more, flour your work surface and roll out with a rolling pin.  Cut into your desired shape and cook in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown. (this recipe doesn't have any measurements because banana sizes are different, just remember to slowly add the flour.  If you add too much you may have to add another banana or some water.) Enjoy!
