Vegan Banana & Oatmeal Pancakes





Ingredients:



2 bananas

1 Cup oatmeal

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup plant based milk

a pinch of salt



Directions:



Blend all ingredients in a blender.  Pour onto a hot non-stick frying pan on medium high.  When pancake starts to bubble and underside is golden brown, flip.  Cook until underside is golden brown. (3-5 minutes)  Enjoy!!
