Create an easy breakfast meal with a few ingredients.  Bangin' Oatmeal is easy, vegan and a healthy start to your day.

Recipe:
Ingredients-
1/4 C. Oatmeal
2 Tbs Ground Flax Meal
1/2-3/4 C. Water
1 peeled and mashed banana
1 Tbs nut butter of your choice
1/2 C. Non-dairy milk of your choice

Directions:
1. Put oats and flax into microwave safe bowl.
2. Add 1/2-3/4 C. water and stir.
3. Microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds.
4. Remove from microwave, use oven mits if hot.
5. Stir in mashed banana and while still warm add nut butter.
6. Once nut butter and banana are incorporated, add non-dairy milk, stir again and enjoy!
